Pictures from our September 2004 Kona, Hawaii, trip |
In September, we traveled to the Big Island of Hawaii to dive and visit Mary's sister and brother-in-law.
We dove most of the time with Dive Makai. They were great,
a mother and daughter team that knows how to make diving fun for experienced divers. |
| All pictures were taken by Mary and John Munch. |
| They took us snorkeling in blue water with pilot whales! |
| The single oceanic white tip shark accompanied the herd to clean up the table scraps. |

| Hawaii is about colorful fish, and we certainly saw plenty. |
| The pipefish really thought he was something else. |
